Darren Shields
Deep experience in Developing, Finance and Insurance
Darren Shields spent 15 years in the Equities Division of Bankers Trust – a market leading American Investment Bank. It was here Darren honed his project management, client service and investment analytical skills. For the last 15 years Darren has been a Development Director – sourcing hundreds of millions of dollars in property acquisitions and facilitated their funding and equity partner requirements. Importantly, he stays heavily involved, even when a project is handed over to the Design, Compliance and Project teams.

Nick Tait
Deep experience in Architecture
Nick Tait has led teams who’ve delivered many innovative and versatile projects – both residential and commercial. That’s from initial feasibility right through to occupation. With 10+ years in the industry, Nick strongly believes a building is more than the sum of its parts. It’s how those parts integrate that truly determines a project’s success. Nick leads a dynamic team of architects, design managers, engineers and draftsman, who will collaborate closely to ensure your project meets your expectations with considered and precise design.
FINANCE DIRECTOR
Ash Singh
Deep experience in Finance

Ash Singh is a qualified CPA and leads the CDMS finance team. Ash develops and executes risk minimisation strategies with a focus on the long-term growth. He and his team are responsible for stakeholder management – including investors, joint venture partners plus banks and other stakeholders. Before joining CDMS, Ash worked in financial consulting and business advisory alongside across an array of industries – including food and beverage, hospitality and retail.

Elaine Lee
Deep experience in Project Management
Elaine Lee is an integral part of your construction management team. She’s a pivotal part of programming, execution and delivery across a variety of residential building projects. Her involvement spans extensively across from conceptual design and the tender phase to practical completion and building occupation. Elaine is passionate about ensuring quality design integrity but also maximising profitable margin, project deadlines and construction budgets.
CONSTRUCTION DIRECTOR
Jason Powell
Deep experience in Building

Jason Powell holds a current Builders License and has 15+ years experience with some of Sydney’s leading construction companies. He has a history of hands on involvement across the entirety of the construction scope. He brings knowledge of senior management, operations, financial controls, stakeholder engagement and construction regulatory controls. Jason manages a team of project managers, contract administrators and cadets.
